On September 13th we made salsa and cookies. Brian specifically planted jalapenos to make us fresh salsa earlier in the year and so we finally made it. I didn't really make it. I just used a chopper and chopped up the onions a bit. It tasted so good! Brian did awesome. It was so much better than store bought salsa. I'm positive this will be a tradition every year, most likely more!

After the salsa, the kids and I made chocolate chip cookies. Always a favorite around here, especially on Sunday evenings.
