The school put on a cute graduation for the Kindergarteners. They sang some songs and one of the songs even choked my up a little bit. But we all know Tyson, he really isn’t into the singing and doing motions. He did some but most of the time he looked around and watched everyone else. Then they called out each child’s name and they received their diploma. I can’t believe my son will be starting 1st grade in the Fall.
I’m so proud of Tyson. He switched schools over half way into the school year. He had to make new friends, and leave all the familiarity of where we use to live. He took it all like a champ. His first day at this new school was perhaps a harder transition on me then him. I had to watch him walk to the playground and find his place amongst kids who have known each other for at least 7 months and most likely for years. He is so brave.

His teacher!
And after the graduation, Grandma took us out to Culver’s for lunch. It was also Jeffrey’s real birthday so grandma gave him an ice cream cone. It was a mess. But it worked for cute pictures at least.
